Jiddistik Mitteilungen is published by the Jiddistik department at Trier University.

Since 1988 the journal has appeared twice a year. Its aim is to inform readers about all activities that relate to Yiddish language and literature within the German-speaking countries as well as to report on research and news in the field of Jiddistik through scholarly contributions.
